Residential/Commercial Restoration Sales Position Available in San Diego California.
TSC is a Full service Fire, Water and Mold disaster restoration company. We help people to deal with Insurance companies and provide emergency disaster remediation services. Sales Executive Job Purpose: Build business for TSC by identifying and selling prospects with key services; creating new prospects and maintaining client relationships. This is a salaried position with lucrative commission structure.
Sales Executive Job Duties:
- Cultivate strong client relationships
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance services.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service for existing clients by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience of key account management experience
- Knowledge of key account representatives of the water and fire damage industry
- Book of business with adjuster, agents, property manager, insurance companies, hotels, hospitals and plumbers
- Presentation skills, confident & comfortable speaking to clients
- Self starter that is organized and highly skilled with meeting new people
- Strong interpersonal skills, a relationship builder with clients, at all levels
- Confident with their cold calling skills
